Mid-Management and Supervisor Development

Most employees focus on developing technical skills in a particular area for the first few years of their career.  At some point, the best, brightest, and hardest working are promoted into management.  Many of these managers struggle in their new roles because the technical skills that originally prompted the promotion are insufficient without skills in three new areas:

            People Management,

            Relationship Building

            Self-Improvement.

Our Mid-Management Development learning track helps supervisors and managers  enhance their skills in these three areas, enabling them to add value to the organization while simultaneously enhancing their career opportunities.
