Executive Intervention

  

This is not an intervention for substance abuse.  It is however the process of intervening in destructive workplace behavior.  

  

Your leaders, managers, and supervisors are the single source of your greatest liability.  Furthermore, they have the greatest impact on morale, productivity, and hidden costs.  

   

Working one-on-one with your valuable employee, supervisor, or manager, we help them stop harassing, discriminatory, or "bullying" behavior and transform them into the more dynamic, encouraging, motivating person your organization requires.

 

Harassment and discrimination are often not the failure of an individual to understand company policy or federal guidelines.  Rather it is a problem of ethics, intentions, and personal insight.  Thus, what is needed is an in-depth exploration of the factors that contribute to their destructive behavior and to reform their motivation to the well-being of others. 

 

This one-on-one design is effective in stopping inappropriate behavior and restoring a safe and productive work environment.  We endeavor to help participants exhibit behaviors that lead to a safe environment and thus, greater profitability.
